| Sales Engineer – General Our client is a leading company specialising in Pipe, Tube & Valves and providing a huge range of products to a variety of industries. They are currently recruiting a Sales Engineer - General for their Dubai office. You should possess a background in technical estimating and procurement/buying and be educated to degree level. The successful candidate will promote the company's products and services in accordance with the direction provided by the Regional Manager and to achieve targets set for individual performance while operating with the confines of branch systems and procedures. Roles & Responsibilities: • Assist in the development and implementation of the Marketing plan • Participate in the development of sales plans and territory targets and monitor progress in all territories • Conduct periodic market surveys in all territories • Promptly and accurately process customers orders and enquiries (including major quotes/tenders, complaints) • Ensure company's terms and conditions are understood and agreed by customer • Review and report to the Regional Manager on key issue, including competitor, customer and market activity • Propose key client strategies, pricing and sales forecasts • Liaise with major client targets to foster successful business relationships. Follow-up all outstanding enquiries • Liaise with major suppliers to ensure that products of appropriate quality and specification are delivered on a timely basis • Ensure customer orders are carried out in accordance with clearly agreed terms • Ensure efficiently pursue indent product to fulfill customer requirements • Personally understand and comply with the Company's Service Charter • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager / Regional Manager Please forward your details to me in Word format | |
