| Sales Support Executive (Valves) Our client is a leading company specialising in Pipe, Tube & Valves and providing a huge range of products to a variety of industries. They are currently recruiting a Sales Support Executive - Valves for their Dubai operations. The successful candidate will ideally be a degree holder in an engineering discipline with knowledge of Microsoft &/or SAP (or similar), some product training will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities: • Attending phone calls in the absence of sales staff • Attending to email messages • Attending enquiries from customer • Sending enquiries to suppliers • Preparing quotations • Processing orders • Sending acknowledgement to the customers • Preparing orders on suppliers • Follow-ups on drawings, documents from suppliers • Submitting drawings & documents to the customer & arranging approvals with the help of sales staff • Updating customers on deliveries with the help of Expeditor & Logistic staff • Follow-ups with accounts dept on payment terms both the customers & the suppliers • Ensuring the customer receives Invoices & final documentation • Maintaining record of payment receipt/outstanding • Preparing report before the end of each period to include enquiries received, quotes submitted, payment received & outstanding invoices Please forward your details to me in Word format | |
