To ensure that the Cleaning Contractors clean the development property and maintain proper cleaning standards. 3. To ensure that maintenance standards are maintained properly at all times. 4. To make sure that all tenants trade according to their lease agreements, timings – window displays – usage. 5. To make sure short terms leases trade according to their lease. 6. To promote Short Term Leasing. 7. To liaise with Tenants. 8. To liaise with public. | |
