| Senior Architect - French Classical design experience The Client: My Client is a prominent and well known property developer operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Their primary objective is to develop commercial and residential properties relative to Dubai's freehold concept by developing plots of land via outsourcing to main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants. Their team is comprised of multi disciplinary professionals which includes experts in the fields of; executive management, finance and accounting, project management, sales and marketing, human resources, interior design, and facilities management. The Role: They are currently in need of a Senior Architect with French Classical design experience to work on a very high end private residential project. The chairman of the company is building a luxury home and it will be your job to help him achieve his vision. As the plans are still very preliminary, you will be finalizing the design of the floors, the ceilings and walls and will also be detailing the facade. My Clients goal is to create something in a similar vein to Versailles so experience on similar projects is a must. You will also be in charge of site supervision and ensuring that all details are constructed to the highest possible standard. You will also be performing a secondary role where you will be assisting on a few of my clients commercial ventures which are more modern in style.
