| FBO Assistant (Flight Operations Department) FBO Assistant Job Description Render personal service to VVIP passengers/guests in the FBO Assist FBO staff as and when required Loading luggage on/off aircrafts Expedite transfer of passengers/guests between aircraft and FBO/limousine service Maintain general cleanliness of the FBO Coordinate and oversee all ramp services, fuel and catering Coordinate with EFS parking bay allocations Coordinate with EFS for filing of flight plans Liaise with EFS and operators on movements ATD/ETA Provide movement report These duties are indicative of the role and are not exhaustive and may change to meet the Company’s Business Objectives from time to time as required by your Manager.
