| Assistant Legal Counsel– Maternity Leave Contract Position We are looking for a Legal Assistant to support the Legal Counsel (Middle East & Africa) based in Dubai. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Provide administrative support to the Legal Counsel in general; · Assist Legal Counsel in the preparation, review and drafting of legal documents · Prepare correspondence and produce presentations for the Legal Counsel; · Conduct legal research as instructed by the Legal Counsel; · Responsible for keeping track of the status of all legal documents and to ensure that signed copies returned and filed; · Providing support to the Legal Counsel with regard to company secretary issues; · Responsible for filing corporate affairs documents and for updating databases and activity logs accordingly; Candidate Specification – Required for consideration LLB or equivalent Pervious experience as legal assistant in a law firm or organizations legal department Minimum 3 years experience, preferably 5 – 7 years experience Excellent English skills is a must Proficient in the use of MS Excel Sound analytical mind Experience working with contracts Must be currently on Husbands or Father Visa Position Details Start Date: Immediate Contract Length 4-5 months Hours – 9-6 Location – Beside Wafi City To apply, send your CV with salary expectation to the attention of the HR Manager.
