| HR/Admin Assistant The HR Admin Assistant will be responsible to handle: - Employee Files and Records -Public Relations Administration in liaison with Jebal Ali Free Zone Authority for eg. Visa Application - Administering the process and appropriate documentation of daily attendance,employee allowances, medical insurance, access cards,uniforms safety shoes, staff accommodation - Procurement and stock of office supplies - Travel Management for employees and management - Assist in recruitment and selection process - Maintain and update HR and Accounts Databases The HR/Admin Assistant will be a dedicated professional with a pleasant personality and a 'Can Do' attitude. She will have positive team spirit and work with colleagues to ensure that all the processes of the HR Department run in a smooth, orderly and planned manner. Must be able to multitask and prioritize work flow. Graduation in Business Administration or HR with additional certifications and 2-3 years of HR experience in a large company would be essential. Strong Administrative Skills Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word Attention to detail Service Oriented Unbiased, ethical and professional Ready for continuous learning and development Valid UAE Driving License Visit Visa or Residence Visa with NOC Immediate availability is preferred | |
