Wanted: Bilingual (Arabic/English speaking) candidate You must have experience in Customer service, handling member queries and data entry skills with excellent communication skills. Good PC skills are a must for the data entry (which would be a maximum of 20% of your job). The candidate must have at least one years experience in call handling/customer service, ideally receiving calls from members of a Loyalty Programme or Travel Services. You must be able to exceed member expectations with your skills. You will be working for an international company who only work with blue chip clients.
