| Student Services Manager Student Services Manager Wanted: An individual with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to maintain his/her composure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Flexibility and positive-attitude are a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical. Hult International Business School offers an intensive, one-year MBA program to business professionals from around the globe. We are a truly Global Business School with campuses in Boston, Dubai and London and a satellite campus in Shanghai. Our student body represents about 40 different countries and each student has the opportunity to rotate to a different campus for electives during the latter part of their year. We are part of the EF Education family of companies that share the common mission of breaking down barriers of language, culture and geography through language learning, travel and cultural exchange. We are seeking a Student Services Manager. In this front-line role, the candidate will work closely with students to enhance their overall experience. The primary responsibilities of this position are: • To develop, promote and implement student activity programs which meet the needs of Hult’s international community • To develop, promote and implement a family activity program • To manage student visas to/from Dubai • To serve as the main point of contact for student-related immigration and visa issues • Outreach and guidance to incoming students • Train and manage staff as well as fellowship students • Plan and oversee annual orientation and graduation events • Coordination and distribution of weekly newsletter • Spearhead intercollegiate activities with other universities and colleges • Manage bus transportation system for students • Oversee maintenance of student facilities In addition, this person will be responsible for providing supervision of evening programs at least once per month. Candidates must have a Bachelors degree and three to five years of appropriate experience working with international students or in a student-related field. Preference given to those with international experience and multi-language skills. | |
