A well established Middle East contact network at a senior level, excellent literacy in English, Business Development skills, global industry awareness and a passion to succeed are also pivotal to the role. Reporting to the Divisional Director for International Division in London, our new Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for new Business Development, be a self-motivator, ability to achieve results autonomously, have a proven track record of senior management recruitment within hospitality, leisure and real estate development and asset management coupled with a passion and understanding of this growing market place This person will have the full support of the International team in London and Hong Kong for sourcing all candidates on a worldwide basis for all assignments. This falls in line with our “leave no stone unturned” philosophy. An Emirati candidate or a fluent Arabic speaker with well established ties to the Emirates community would be the ideal candidate however, those with fluent English and Arabic, plus an established contact network will be considered. A local contract will be offered which will be comprised of a highly incentivised compensation package with an annual base salary and an attractive commission scheme. There will be no expatriate package. Interviews will take place in Dubai the week of November 23 to 30th, 2008 to short listed candidates.
