An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Valuation & Research team for Hamptons International in Dubai. A wholly owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, our leadership in the market and GCC region is well established and growing. The successful candidate must possess the following competencies:

> Chartered Valuator (RICS)
> Local Dubai market experience
> Two or more years management / team leadership experience
> Previous P&L accountability
> A passion for uncompromising professionalism
> A desire to build and grow a team within the GCC region


This is strategic role that requires an equal mix of hands on team leadership with thoughtful planning, analysis and execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the V&R helm of a well established brand to the next level within the Middle East and beyond.
