| Spa Manager-Female We are URGENTLY in need of well qualified and experienced Spa Managers for a 5 Star Hotel in Mongolia. This hotel is part of The Small Luxury Hotels of the world. Candidate must be able to join by Aug 2009 Required Personal Skills: • Candidates must have held management positions in Internationally recognized spas. • Preferably with Minimum 3 years experience in Spa Industry • Candidates must have experience in products Aromatherapy Associates and Phytomer • Knowledge and understanding of P&L along with Inventory Management is essential • Sound leadership and Excellent Business Management Abilities • Possess relevant diploma and/ or certificates in the applied field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Ms Office Applications and Other Spa Soft wares Job Profile • Direct operations of facility including short and long range strategic planning so that the facility operates cost effective and efficiently • Interpret Financial Reports especially P&L analysis and inventory • Implement opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the bottom line. • Develop Spa`s Marketing Strategy and ensure a consistent image is being portrayed. • Handle ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers • Manage, train and motivate all personnel reporting to this position. Administer and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the Spa Operations • Anticipate, identify and ensure customer needs are being met in the best possible way. • Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations. • Provide Hands on treatment to VIP guest if needed • Ensure all employees adhere to all hotel standards as stated in the employee handbook • Ensure guest/ member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spa’s first priority A very attractive package will be offered to successful candidate with good benefits and incentives. | |
