Business Development Representative

Job Profile:
• Maximize referral potentials and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with the sales organization to define and identify customer segments and strategies to target them
• Continuously update the management on the developments in the market
• Drive account opening strategies and relationship management.
• The focus countries will be UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Candidate Profile:
• Must have prior experience in similar role in IT companies.
• Ideally needs to have initiative, and smart in conversation.
• Strong business, leadership and analytical skills
• Ability of working with Cross-functional Teams
• Major account management / mining and skills in relationship management.
• Needs to have fluent Arabic and English and also clarity in voice based communication.
• Proven ability to independently develop pipeline and execute prospect accounts penetration strategy.
