EDT2009022 Our Client is one of the world's best known international banks, with branches worldwide, and a leading presence in the United Arab Emirates. Experiencing strong performance despite the global downturn, our Client has an urgent need for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - MORTGAGES & AUTO, representing an outstanding career opportunity for the right person. You will be based in Dubai, one of the world's most amazing and ambitious cities. DUTIES Tie up with identified developers and mortgage brokers to enhance relationships, leading to business opportunities and increased market penetration. Develop relationships with real estate agents, establishing this channel as a strong source of business. Work collaboratively with Auto Dealerships to create mutually profitable promotional campaigns off the back of increased sales volume and increased market penetration. Acquire and manage profitable Business Relationships generally. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree graduate. Minimum of one year's experience in Mortgage products in the Banking sector as a Relationship Officer. Strong ability in business planning and strategizing promotions. Excellent English communication and negotiation skills. Strong inter-personal skills. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer. Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant has to be included in the application. DESIRABLE MBA The role will in particular suit Arab, Asian, (particularly those from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, or the Philippines), and European nationals. BE QUICK !!!
