| Spa Manager We are in need of qualified Spa Manager for a pre opening team in Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Description 1) Monitor and maintain trainings and assessments the entire team 2)Strategically plan training and assessments on a quaterly basis, based on the marketing trends and future launch 3)Provide induction and training to new staff, to ensure that standards are met 4)Focus and motivate team to work towards daily targets in line with monthly targets 5)Supervise the daily performance of the staff and analyse the areas that need training 6) Handle Marketing and Promotional Events 7) Create spa menu, design signature treatments 8) Handle Staff recruitment and training 9)To oversee, monitor, support and upgrade the daily operations Skills Required 1}Must be 25 years and above 2) Candidates should have clinical background 3) Candidates having Medical Spa background will be an advantage 2}Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience. 3}Related qualification from a recognised institute 4}Excellent customer service skills 5}Competent in both Leadership & Pioneering qualities 6} Proficiency in computer skills and spa related softwares 7}High coaching and organisational skills 8}Extremely well groomed, presentable, dedicated team player and ability to work under stressful environment 9} Excellent communication skills in English (any additional language an advantage | |
