| Financial Accountant GRM is a leading international development management company specialising in the provision of project design, management expertise and technical assistance to development projects for bilateral and multilateral funding agencies, governments and corporations. We have over 38 years of development experience, managing in excess of 700 projects in more than 120 countries for private, government, bilateral and multilateral clients. GRM Dubai is seeking the services of a Financial Accountant to support the Business Reporting team to effectively manage the Group's accounting and reporting function and ensure that the reporting function provides timely and efficient support to the business. The position involves; - Uploading regular account batches from in-country accounting teams. - Accurately process in-country accounts and bank reconciliations. - Review and check off project bank reconciliations. - Implement controls and checks for data integrity - Assist in preparation of project, Business Unit and Corporate management reports. - Ensure reports are accurate and timely Ideally the successful applicant will be able to commence work within 4 weeks of job offer. Selection Criteria; The following skills and experience are required; - Degree in accounting plus an accounting qualification recognised by major accounting body. - Established experience in an accounting role. - Experience in either audit or managing financial controls is preferred. - Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel - Well developed and highly effective organisational skills - Strong accounting, business and administration skills Please forward your CV along with a cover letter addressing all Selection Criteria to; hr at grminternational.com Applications close Monday 18th January 2010. | |
