| Flash Web Developer Flash • Developing casual games in Flash, Flex and JavaScript. • Collaborating with software developers, UI designers, and marketing managers. Including presenting plans, UX designs and scenarios to the management. Web • Designing and maintaining corporate websites User Experience • Designing and prototyping UI and UX for web clients and Rich Internet Applications. • Using ad-hoc tools and technologies (such as HTML, CSS, and Flash) as part of the iterative design cycles. • Translating user requirements into innovative design sketches, wireframes, prototypes and written specifications as needed to help translate ideas into production. • Finding and fixing current usability and UX related errors in applications. • Conducting usability testing during various phases of product development. • Demonstrating and introducing new technologies and emerging trends in UI and UX of web applications. Skills • Experience in working as a webmaster or web graphic designer and Flash developer. • Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and AJAX, ASP.NET, Flash and ActionScript. • Problem solving and decision making skills to transform creative ideas into practical reality. • Ability to work in a multitasking environment. • Creativity with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues. • Strong analytical abilities. • Ability to guide a product from initial concept all the way through to production and post launch evaluation. • Up-to-date knowledge of web technologies, tools and trends that can be used to form highly dynamic, web applications and RIAs. • Strong visualization skills. • Social media, blogging.
