| photographers agent We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, creative minded person to join our team in the position of Photographers Agent. The job demands a person with the attributes and experience listed below and the responsibilities of the position include the following: Job Responsibilities You will be required to manage and promote our photographers: This involves negotiating and securing clients, quoting, invoicing and booking form, arranging go-sees, managing their diaries, looking after their accounts, keeping them up-to-date on their finances. Liaison with labs, studios, equipment hire houses etc. Promote photographers to overseas agencies, stills production companies, corporate clients and ad agencies and to international clients coming to shoot in dubai Develop relationships with other photo agents overseas Respond to photographers contacting bareface for representation Get involved with booking models, locations, studios, lights, etc for photographers represented. Travel arrangements, visas and accommodation for photographers if and when required Arrange go-sees for photographers Prepare client presentation of photographers work Meet clients - introduce Bareface Photographers as a separate division from the model, cast, locations, production etc. Develop a portfolio of photographers ensuring Bareface offers a good range of photographic styles – i.e. fashion, lifestyle, still life etc Be able to negotiate deals with clients on behalf of the photographer Send out emails with new photographers in town Liaise with Marketing and Sales Director about PR/marketing Keep photographers images updated in their books and on the website Ensure you cross sell check if clients require production models etc Collect tear sheet from clients Ensuring the division is profitable Experience – 3-5 years Worked either in an advertising agency or a related creative environment Worked as a photographers agent Understanding of photography Skills / Personality Independent worker with initiative Sales ability Highly organised and self motivated Friendly & honest Mature, patient and able to deal with different personalities Able to work with figures Computer skills Strong Administration Skills Versatile & multi tasking abilities essential Flexible with working hours Driving licence - willing to drive to co-ordinate productions in other emirates within UAE Sense of humour a must!
