| F&B OPERATIONS MANAGER - Europeans/ South Africans / Canadians / Autralians A high profile position has been made vacant in one of the most respected companies in Dubai. Managing all full Ala carte restaurant operations and staff(service and kitchen) on a daily basis. The person will be managing a huge team of 4 restaurants with 50 - 60 staff in each outlet. Strives to continually improve guest and staff satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Only European / South africans / Canadian / Autralian candidates are welcome to apply. To ensure that the operational side of the Café’s is running according to the guidelines as set out by the company and in compliance with Dubai Municipality. That the restaurants are working effectively and are producing according to the given recipes. That any client comments are followed up immediately. That the HACCP regulations are implemented and checked on a daily basis. Ensure compliance with all F&B standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow up and hands on management. To ensure effective staff communication and follow up on any issues. Responsible for ongoing on the job training for both new and confirmed staff. To conduct regular progress and evaluation interviews with all staff. To ensure a minimum staff turnover(less than 2% annually) by creating and sustaining a work environment that focuses on fair treatment and staff satisfaction, to enable a sustained business success. Achieving and where possible exceeding the annual budget by ensuring constant monitoring and adjusting of revenues and operational expenses; Works with Chefs and Restaurant Managers to develop new menu items and maintain the standard presentation. | |
