| Technical Director - Medical Imaging Technical Director - Medical Imaging The Technical Director reports to the Chief of Radiology and is responsible for delivery of quality radiology service to both internal and external customers of the American Hospital Dubai and also key person which is responsible for the department Quality Improvement Program in conjunction with the Chief Radiologist. Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited University or Institute from where the qualifications permit registration with the ARRT or its equivalent - Current national licensure in country of citizenship or professional practice - Knowledge of JCIA or accredited standards - Knowledge of QI/CQI/PI Philosophy - Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in Radiography, with current clinical experience of 5 years - Experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology, CT/MRI speciality mode of radiology is essential - Evidence of continuing education - Candidate must be strong communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills, possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and influence others, be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgement and be able to work in a changing environment - Knowledge of Middle East customs is an advantage The American Hospital Dubai is a 143 bed acute care, general medical/surgical hospital whose mission is to provide high quality american standard healthcare that will meet the needs and exceed the expectations of the people of Dubai, the UAE and the surrounding Gulf States.
