| Beauty Tutor To carry out all duties within the remit of Beauty Therapy tutor, providing high quality training, in a way that ensures that the training centre retains a high profile as a centre of excellence within the community of the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for delivering teaching programme as agreed with the principal -Develops course material to support delivery -Provides information as requested to enable evaluations to take place. -Carry out students assessments and record the ooutcome of the assessment. -Be responsible for maintaining records of each student including follow up and periodic assessment. -Assists students in acheiving a better understanding of subject material and in improving academic capabilities. -Abides by the policies of the centre, gives supprot to the principal in developing teh strategic direction of teh centre, by providing data, internal and external. -To assist with the marketing functions of the college if requested i.e Open evenings etc - To actively contribute to teh promotion, development and evaluation of new provisions within teh curriculum area. Required Knowledge -Qualified Teacher- Is Essential -Professional Qualifications like Cidesco, Cibtac- Beauty, Body, Electrolysis or equivalent are essential. -Management Qualification -High Level expertise in Beauty Therapy is Desirable. Skills and Abilitites -Ability to stay abreast of current trends in Beauty Therapy and Training industry. -Must be able to work as a part of a team -Must beable to work flexibly and use own initiative to meet teh needs of the institute -Ability to communicate at all levels and with different nationalities -IT Skills- Desirable Interested candidates may send their resume directly through email. | |
