| LEASING MANAGER - LEASING AND REAL ESTATE COMPANY * BASED IN UAE * KNOWLEDGE IN HANDLING BULK AND RETAIL LEASING ACTIVITIES * IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE Our client is a reputable multi-division / multi-location Company primarily engaged in the leasing industry within the UAE. With exciting plans ahead, joining our Client represents a great career opportunity. Our Client's ongoing expansion now calls for a LEASING MANAGER to be based in the UAE, an urgent requirement with immediate start available. The position will report through to the Business Head of the real estate division. There may be an option for the successful Candidate to be based in either Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah. DUTIES * Delivering regular and profitable contracts in line with targets provided. * Plan, direct, manage and lead the whole leasing team responsible for commercial, retail and residential properties across the UAE. * Develop, implement and manage leasing strategies. * Develop and manage marketing programs. * Formulate leasing budgets. * Remain updated on leasing trends leading to new opportunities, strategic alliances and creating a competitive advantage in the market. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA * A Graduate with knowledge in handling bulk & retail leasing activities. * Minimum of 10 years of total work experience. * Minimum of 6 years work experience within the UAE. * Prior experience in heading and managing a leasing team . * Strong negotiation & analytical skills and with good interpersonal skills. * UAE driving license. DESIRABLE CRITERIA * Masters degree in Business Administration. REMUNERATION * AED 20,000 per month. * Family medical insurance. * Annual 30 days paid leave. * Annual family ticket to home country.
