| Director Dubai Multi National IT Consulting Company Functions: - The Director will report to the Managing Director of the Middle East Operations and the second in command of the Middle East Operations and will be responsible for the following Functions - - Execute the Sales Plan in term of revenue, gross margin and market positioning of the organization in the middle east region. - - Effectively manage a large team of Consultants to deliver Solutions with quality. - - Responsible to generation 7 million USD revenue target per year - - Acquisition of new accounts and efficient delivery of their projects. - - Management of Key large accounts and creating new business opportunities with them. - - Develop multi-year, global, strategic business plans, go-to-market and operations models for target company. - - Establish goals/success metrics. Identify upstream dependencies for acquisition integration. - - Manage budget and direct reports - - Create a system to attract, hire and retain top talent in the industry - - He/she must react quickly and effectively to the dynamic business environment, identify roadblocks early and provide leadership to amend plans and functional focus to keep the team and the business on track. Requirements: - He/She must be an Engineering Graduate or an MBA with minimum 10 years of experience in IT consulting and Business Development. - - Should have minimum 5 years experience in Middle East region. - - Should have extensive network of key contacts in the region. - - Experience working on telecom accounts will be an added advantage. - - Willingness to travel as and when required. - - Job Location - Dubai If you are interested in this offer, please send your CV with this reference number: Y3227 as the subject to process(at)catenon.com | |
