| PA Marketing Wanted an experienced PA for our marketing department to assisit the MARKETING MANAGER. The candidate must possess the following qualities and experiences - Develop a system for processing of all works related to the marketing department.Organise the entire day to day office work and communicating with all the related departments concerning the Marketing Department - Develop and maintain proper filing system - Plan and organise mail - Develop,in consultation with agent, actively plans, marketing plans and correspondence - Must be in a position to work under pressure and must be flexible towards work. - Ensuring to screen all the incoming calls before forwading it to the marketing manager - Provide comprehensive back end support to the Marketing Manager - Must be computer literate and must be in a position to generate correspondence - 3 to 4 years of relavent experience Candidates with relavent UAE experience may apply.Preference will be given to candidates currently in Dubai | |
