JOB ROLE: Customer Service Advisor
Job Purpose
To work as part of a multi-skilled team handling inbound telephone

calls. Managing general customer queries, ensuring that the customer receives a seamless service. Addressing all matters arising in a professional and efficient manner and resolving them
as necessary. Provide administrative support to the departmental management team as required. To adhere to agreed working procedures

and customer services standards at all times.
Knowledge/Skills & Experience
Essential

1.Possess excellent telephone and communication skills, together
with the ability to empathise with and reassure customers at all times.

2. Must be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a positive
approach to handling and resolving customer enquiries.

3. Possess the ability to work effectively as part of a
multi-skilled team with strong emphasis on delivering excellent

customer service at all times.
