| Human Resources Officer Our centrally based client are recruiting for a Human Resources Officer. This position is full time and based in Dubai The ideal candidate must have an experienced background within HR As an HR officer you will be working with external consultants, trainers, occupational health advisors, legal advisors and local employment and education networks. Key responsibilities would include: - Supporting managers on disciplinary, grievance and employee relations, harassment and discrimination cases. - To offer advice and support to managers with regards to sickness cases, therefore an understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act is essential to the role as well as an understanding of employment legislation and case law. - Adhering to codes of practice and policies and procedures essential - To maintain and provide statistical and management information as required. - Raise purchase orders and complete purchase orders to the finance team | |
