| Hostess OBJECTIVES Is responsible to execute all service duties with flair, finesse and expertise, to gain customer loyalty. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 12 Years schooling or equivalent • Minimum 3 years work experience from similar field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / PC skills • Competency in English language (written, oral and spoken) KEY COMPETENCIES • Customer service orientation • Professionalism manner • Interpersonal ability KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Ability to create a positive, welcoming and happy environment to exceed customer expectations o Display a happy, warm and courteous manner o Built rapport with customer through smiling and holding eye contact o Excellent communication skills in the English language, additional languages are of advantage • Display confidence, best conduct and behavior o Well groomed o Wear uniform with pride • Ability to work as a member of a team of different nationalities • Willingness to work shift timings (day/night/weekends) • Report customer feedback to the respective Supervisor and highlight any issues/observations on a daily basis • To ensure that all agreed scope of works is adhered to at all the times • To ensure that expected standards are met at all the times • To strive to exceed customer and client expectations whilst always following the company’s policies and procedures | |
