| Senior Technical Trainer JOB PURPOSE The role of Senior Technical Trainer is to design and coordinate the delivery of training programmes according to the needs of the Business Unit. This includes acquiring required resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to develop the material and deliver the trainings according to the planned programme. The Senior Technical Trainer will assume the responsibilities of the FM Training Manager in his/ her absence. Responsibilities/Accountabilities • To indentify the training needs across the Business Unit, developing and maintaining a Training Requirements Matrix for all employee types. • Design training materials suitable for the programme required. • Plan the delivery of training classes • Evaluate the training programme’s effectiveness • Raise the quality and standards of the employee knowledge through training • Effectively communicate the expectations of the programme to team members and management in a timely and clear fashion • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the programme Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessaryWorking Relationships • Liaise with the Senior English Trainer and other colleagues • Liaise with FM Operations teams • Liaise with students during English courses Core Competencies • Fluency in English, other languages advantageous • Personnel Management • Ability to communicate at all levels • Approachable attitude to staff at all levels • Ability to set an example • Ability to forward plan and multi task • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating • Honest and has integrity • Team player Candidates must meet the following criteria in order to apply; • IT Literate – Word and Excel minimum • Training /Teaching Background • Technical/ Airside Background • Diploma /Degree plus 1 to 3 years working experience | |
