Quality Assurance Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring that the document controlling in the group in accordance with the QMS plan and relevant work instructions.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits to verify working practices match documented SOPs
• Report Non-Conformances and track their closure and the effectiveness of the corrective action taken.
• Analyse process and problem data for trends and developing issues, making recommendations on possible corrective and preventative actions. Create and circulate a monthly report to management.
• Work with the departments to review potential opportunities for implementation of preventative actions.
• Liaise with TG departments to review SOPs on a regular basis and aide in the amendments of relevant documents adhering to TG’s document control procedure.
• Ensure all templates used within the business units conform to the company standard and maintain their document control.
• Maintain register of documentation (including original contracts, NCRs, audit reports)
• Plan and coordinate the training programme for BU Quality Champions.
• Project manage or support the Project Manager - Group Projects on smaller projects
• Possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple assignments. Be self-motivated and innovative in addressing routine or new assignments.
• Communicate and interact with all levels in the organization
• Develop a good working relationship with business units, especially business units’ quality coordinators
• Update business units’ heads on the internal audits
• Update auditee and business units heads on the observation or NCRs issued after the audit
• Follow up in order to clear issued NCRs on time and report to business units and quality team
• Provide assistance to the head of Projects and Quality
• Provide assistance to other members of Projects and Quality when needed
• Must work as an effective member of a team and project a dynamic and self-directed attitude.

Candidates must meet the following criteria in order to apply;

• Graduate with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Visio
• Communication Skills
• Time Management
• Work Organization
