| Call Centre Operator JOB PURPOSE The Communications Centre Operator will be Transguard Groups first point of communication with their clients, both internal and external, their role is to answer all incoming calls in a timely, efficient, polite and professional manner, recording information accurately and precisely whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. All Communication Centre Operators will aim to meet or exceed the expected levels of service for efficiency and courtesy. Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities • Attend to all calls in a professional manner • Record all calls accurately into the system (concept 500) • Receives and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel if necessary • Give accurate information to clients and third parties when required • Efficiently deal with work related queries • Monitor call out response times to avoid breaches SLA (Service Lease Agreement) • Inform the appropriate person of potential breaches of SLA • Support the function of the Communication Centre in a professional and dedicated manner • Must be Willing to work on Different Shifts • Must be familiar with Microsoft office (i.e. Excel) • Perform any reasonable task that may be assigned by the Team leader, Supervisor and or Senior Supervisor • Relay message/information of internal and external client to particular department/personnel. Core Competencies • Customer Service Orientation • Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills • Basic MS Office skills • Excellent English ( Written and Spoken ). Minimum Qualifications • Graduate • 0-1 year related experience. | |
