| Driver Checks the condition of the vehicle at the beginning of shift and reports any damage or needs of repair to the Time Keeper on duty. 2. Ensures adherence to transportation schedule, if any, to ensure punctuality. 3. Reports mileage undertaken to the time keeper after each trip. 4. Drives according to the rules and regulations of the local traffic authorities. 5. Maintains an adequate fuel supply at all times. 6. Ensures valid driving licence is up to date. 7. Projects a pleasant manner to all staff, guests if any. 8. Ensures that the vehicle is cleaned as and when necessary. 9. Ensures that the vehicle is in proper operation condition. 10. Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy. 11. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. | |
