| Construction Manager Construction Manager – Retail Mall JOB PURPOSE To liaise with the Engineer’s staff from the Consultant’s team to ensure that a harmonious relationship is maintained with the Contractor and as a representative of the PM/Client on site. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor (or higher) degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Management. • Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience. • Experience of multi-million $ projects, constructed to tight schedules. • The incumbent shall have good knowledge of reinforced concrete work, concrete piling, heavy lifting and crane-age; previous Retail Mall work would be an added advantage. COMPETENCIES: Behavioural Skills: • Good man-management skills • Good communication skills – written and oral • Good organizational skills • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • To be a team player and integrate with the rest of the hierarchy | |
