| senior model booker we are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic senior model booker to join our team. the candidate must possess excellent booking skills in a senior position, have an eye for recognising new talent and should already have experience with representing top category models. senior booker – models 1, II and new faces division this position requires you to be responsible for the overall management and development of the following divisions: models I, II, new faces - men and women, local and international. as senior booker your job would involve the following: job responsibilities • general day to day bookings. • client liaison and development - regular client meetings, new sales calls, finding new business through press, advertising , word of mouth etc. • developing the international model division, being responsible for model welfare whilst on stay. arranging accommodation, pickups, arrival packs etc. • work alongside team of bookers in same division and cast & events divisions. • organizing go-sees. • collecting tears, show reels and photographic material for portfolios when possible. • developing and expanding the existing local database of models. making sure good general model management is in place. • arranging tests, z cards, portfolio management and educate models through training/grooming programmes. • develop new faces and encourage and develop foreign placements. • updating contacts and see that general information is correctly loaded on computer systems and constantly updated. • ensure website is current and up to date with images and information. sales & marketing /pr activities • liaising with marketing manager on all marketing material and pr ideas (e.g. competitions, tv, radio and press opportunities) • sending regular emails out (ebursts) with new faces, new arrivals and any development within the agency etc. • researching and development of sending models to other markets. • to scout models and form scouting programs and opportunities to find new faces. requirements experience 3-5 years to have worked in a model/talent agency excellent booking and sales experience skills / personality independent worker with initiative excellent sales skills highly organised and self motivated friendly & honest mature, patient and able to deal with different personalities able to work with figures computer skills strong administration Skills versatile & multi tasking abilities essential flexible with working hours driving licence sense of humour a must! bareface is looking for someone who wants a career and to be part of a growing company working in a competitive industry for at least the next 3 - 5 years. | |
