The role of consultant is about delivering training and development solutions within our existing client base together with some project management of that delivery. This will involve both the design of programmes to specifications having undertaken the initial scoping in association with the client director and the subsequent delivery of the programme. The role demands experience in this area together with a commitment to the quality of the delivery ranging from foundation leadership programmes through to programmes using the High Performance Behaviours (in which you would need to become accredited). The programmes, which vary in size and complexity, may be run for graduates through to middle/senior management and could take place in a variety of client specified locations (Qatar, Dubai).

We expect our consultants to have solid experience in stand up delivery and presentation as well as project management implementation skills (and be able to manage the development and delivery of programmes).





RESPONSIBILITY
•reports to the head of the consultants team
•design and development of programmes (or research and input to programmes)
•undertakes initial scoping with Client Director
•personal delivery of programmes and workshops
•quality management of content and materials of programmes


SKILLS
•experience in the provision of development solutions
•programme development and design
•an experienced deliverer with high level delivery skills
•product knowledge external/internal (training will be given on internal products)
•credibility with management
•project and process implementation skills
•commercial awareness
