| Managing Director Dubai (Ref: CWN662) Our client is one of the leading and most innovative companies in the building chemicals sector that offers intelligent system solutions for the construction and conservation of all types of buildings. The client´s company is present in 30 countries, comprises of more than 1,800 employees and has been known for innovative technologies, robust international expansion, and above market average growth rate. Functions: - • Strategic development, technical, disciplinary, and organizational management of the company in the Middle East - • Working closely with the Headquarters and the Management Board in Germany - • Continuous acquisition of new customers with the existing products and services - • Building a sales structure and development of additional markets for the products and services - • Individual support and advice to existing clients and ongoing projects - • Long-term commitment to existing customers and the involved follow-up projects - • Design and operational implementation of short-, medium- and long-term business strategy - • Management, promotion, and expansion of a highly qualified and experienced team - • Ensuring smooth and quality-oriented development processes with strong result and consistent customer orientation - • Responsible for the country`s P&L Requirements: - • University degree, preferably in the field of civil engineering, and ideally experience in business management - • At least 5 years professional experience in a comparable function or business development of an industrial company, ideally from the construction industry - • Good market knowledge in construction, and the Middle East region - • English (fluent), German (advantageous), Arabic (advantageous) - • Entrepreneurial approach with business understanding - • Network thinking, high social competence - • Strong communication skills and self-confidence - • Services and service-oriented - • Hands-on mentality and solution orientation - • Winning and convincing personality If you are interested in this offer, please send your CV with this reference number: CWN662 as the subject to the contact email address | |
